Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your buying a completed t-shirt please notify me immediately if there are any issues so can resolve it. You will have to cover the cost of return shipping if I am not at fault. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital Files are non refundable. It is your responsibility to know if you have already purchased a design. I will not refund duplicate orders. Due to the nature of digital files all are non refundable. No exceptions made.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
